OUR STORY
Our Group was founded and is led by U Min Ko Oo, whose more than 40 years of trading experience have guided its growth from a modest domestic processing operation into a reputable import and export enterprise in Myanmar.
He currently serves in a senior leadership role at the Myanmar Pulses, Beans, Maize & Sesame Seeds Merchants Association (MPBMSMA), reflecting his commitment to advancing Myanmar’s agricultural sector. Guided by this vision, we work closely with partners and customers to facilitate reliable sourcing and trade of agricultural products from Myanmar.
OUR FACILITIES
We operate specialized factories and warehouses supported by an integrated logistics network that sources high-quality raw materials across Myanmar, processes them to meet client specifications, and ensures timely export to international markets.
Our operations currently span three locations, anchored by a central transport hub to enhance efficiency and reliability. We continue to expand our footprint to strengthen operational capabilities and reinforce our long-term commitment to quality and service excellence.
OUR ACCREDITATIONS
Our group has attained certification for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and HACCP with the Scope of "Exporting and Processing of Beans, Pulses and Maize".
OUR TEAM
Mr. Min Ko Oo (Managing Director)
Mr. Min Ko Oo is the Founder and Managing Director of Ngwe Moe Family Group. With more than four decades of trading experience, he has transformed the Group from a local producer into a respected international exporter, with a strong focus on Black Matpe.
He has played an active role in Myanmar’s beans and pulses sector, joining the Myanmar Pulses, Beans, Maize and Sesame Seeds Merchants Association (MPBMSMA) in 2009. Serving as General Secretary from 2009 to 2024 and now as Vice President, he has contributed to industry policy coordination, member engagement, and the promotion of sustainable and inclusive agricultural practices.
U Min Ko Oo has also served on the Executive Committee of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI) during the 2013–2016 and 2016–2019 terms.
Dr. Kay Thi Soe (Director)
Dr. Kay Thi Soe is the Co-Founder and Operations Director of Ngwe Moe Family Group. A medical doctor by training, she has supported the Group since its inception and brings more than 25 years of experience in the pulses and beans industry, combining operational leadership with a strong commitment to quality and governance.
